Classes will have a little bit of everything each time. Every single class will have boxing, kicking, kneeing, weight training, running, plyometrics, core strength, anything and everything that is going to push you to your limits and further will be apart of the agenda on a daily basis. There are NO easy days, so with that you will be able to develop a “never say die” attitude. That, aloing with the total body transformations that will happen will be keeping you coming back for more. Each class during the week is 1 hour long. Come in 5-10min early to warm up and stretch, because from then on out, its time to get to work.
